As we mentioned, typical business case is a company which have to collect periodically different kind of documents from its clients. This can be the object for:
Recording different client operations using these documents as primary source of information (bookeeping)
Store the client documents fur future use and retrieve by him (archieving)
Register client documents and process some orders or request from that doments (registration point).
As long as these operations are anyway electronically doable by different communication hannels like e-mail, paid shared storages,
no one of these channel does not satisfy all COMPANY and its CLIENTS needs.
So, how can help us PRIDOCO?, what wants a company? and what wants a client of the company?

to have an efficient but polite mechanism to enforce the comformity to duties especially that they are different rated and priced.
By duties is meaning enforcements like: maximum number of documents allowed for a period, maximum number of pages / words acceted by

The storage locations are be organized as operating system native structure easy to be recognized and consistent from period to period
Stored documents have the file name exactly as they appear on delivery receipt issued at the end of every period of collecting documents in order to be easily found
The verification and validation stage of uploaded documents is visible and transparent to the clients
Clients receive notifications on e-mail and / or SMS
Clients must authenticate (one or two factors) in order to use the system
Clients authentication can be done by multiple channels as OTP, certificates, federated, etc
