All PRIDOCO modules are licensed GNU AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE.

The following general rules apply for license fees for system components:

pridoco MASTER BOARD is free and is distributed with any PRIDOCO edition.

pridoco CLIENT BOARD is licensed to the number of registered and activated clients (named clients) in the system and is free only partial depending of the edition type.

all other MANDATORY modules not interacting directly with them (PRISIAPY, PICS) are free.

all other OPTIONAL modules not interacting directly with them (PUSYAPI, PICS) are NOT free.

According to curent applicable price list (as of July 2020), the price for pCB is 10eur net per client per month. This is just an informative note and reflects note commitment. please consult the last price list for the pCB and the other modules unit prices.

PRIDOCO 1.0 aqua SMB edition

This edition is dedicated to authorized freelancers, small and medium business companies. License fees are:

pridoco MASTER BOARD is free according to general rules.
pridoco CLIENT BOARD is free for first 10 named clients registered in the system. Over 10 clients, the standard PRIDOCO pCB list price will apply and will be automatically discounted with 20%.
pridoco PUSYAPI, PRISIAPY, PICS are not available in this edition.

This edition is scalable only through load balancers and only for pMB and pCB. All other modules, if installed, must be addressed as unique instance, no balancing, no scaling except vertically scaling on the unique instance. Installing and using modules that are not available in edition is not tested nor ceritified. Their usage is not documented and might generate unexpected hazards on data consistency and integrity with undesirable consequences and loss of data. It is strongly recommended that such as tests to be made in islated / sandboxed evironments and not with / on real production data.

PRIDOCO 1.0 aqua EX edition

This edition is dedicated to large companies. License fees are:

pridoco MASTER BOARD is free according to general rules.
pridoco CLIENT BOARD is NOT and the standard PRIDOCO pCB list price will apply.
pridoco PUSYAPI, PRISIAPY, PICS are not free and are licensed by node computing power.
for pridoco PUSYAPI will apply a montly / qurterly fee for the each system that access it and will be served.

This edition is FULLY scalable both horizontal and vertical for all and any module of the system by using any standard method (load balancers, containers, private clouds, python friendly distribution platforma, and so on).
It is strongly recommended to consult the last price list before make any commitment as at this edition could appear different fcilities and discounting programs. A REN consultant will guide you to find out the appropriate solution for your company.

Services & other items

All services performed by or through the RENware CLUSTER are subject to payment at current prices (at the time of contracting) according to price list.
Any other materials or items such as (but limiting to): physical CDs, hardcopy documetation, security tokens, smart card certificates are subject to payment at current prices (at the time of contracting) according to price list.
Any traveling or accomodation costs occasionated by ervices performing (but limiting to) are subject to payment at current prices (at the time of contracting) according to price list.
