The PRIDOCO system main objectives are:

Create an electronic mechanism for collecting client documents by enforcing a set of rules regarding documents, the process of uploading and the periods when the upload is available

Create the premises for estimating and planning the effort and resources required to verify and validate uploaded documents

Create a formal framework for enforcing both parts, clients and the company which provide the collection service to a better contractual term following and a better collaboration.

Getting starting out of the shell

Typical business case is a company which have to collect periodically different kind of documents from its clients. This can be the object for:

Recording different client operations using these documents as primary source of information (bookeeping)

Store the client documents fur future use and retrieve by him (archieving)

Register client documents and process some orders or request from that doments (registration point).

As long as these operations are anyway electronically doable by different communication hannels like e-mail, paid shared storages, no one of these channel does not satisfy all COMPANY and its CLIENTS needs.

pridoco MASTER BOARD

This module is dedicated to company side (as a back end) and is designed to administrate the clients. This modules allow company to enforced rules regardind uploading active periods, constraints regarding number of files, their size and so on will be accordingly applied by the client.
Also, this module allow to register new clients, their agreed contractual rules and tarrifs and to register the in the system. Thus the system (pCB) will be expoxed as a service and will become available to be used by them

This modules assures that all company enforced rules regardind uploading active periods, constraints regarding number of files, their size and so on will be accordingly applied by the client.
